Bourgogne Blanc (2007)

Our Bourgogne Blanc 2007 resembles our Bourgogne Blanc 2005. The grapes are from several vineyards in Meursault, such as “Les Pellans”. The yields of the vineyards are around 40 hl/hectare, ensuring high density wines. In the bouquet we find green apple, lime and white flowers. These aromas are present on the palate, as well as nice and fresh acidity, which is typical for 2007. The aftertaste is pleasant with a soft touch of acidity. This is a classic Bourgogne Blanc, which resembles a Meursault village, thanks to the low yields. In short: a recommendation for Bourgogne-lovers.
