Bourgogne Blanc (2008)
The grapes are from different vinyeards in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, 'les Femmelottes', 'la Combe', 'les Bluzes' and 'Pres à la Dame', biodynamically cultivated. The nose is rich and of great finesse. On the palate we find mineral notes and a touch of ripe fruits accompanied by green apple, peach and lemon. Thanks to the fine acidity this wine can be kept for years. This wine can easily be taken for a Meursault village. Serve it at 11 to 13°C.
