This vineyard from our Pouilly-Fuissé is situated below the famous roche de Solutré, in the heart of the Côte Maconnaise, The wine is rich, full, lively, open and very expressive, where the floral notes are wonderfully matched with the notes from the wooden fûts. We find vanilla, apple and jasmin in the round and well-balanced acidity. This wine has been in the wooden fûts for 10 months. It is best with dished of white fish and seafruit or with a goat cheese. Serve it at 11 to 12°C.
