Meursault (2008)

This wine has an enormous potential. In the nose we find lemon, grapefruit, orange and mint. On the palate white fruit, ripe grapes and a nice touch of butter. This wine is a blend of different village vineyards in Meursault, showing complexity and typicity and at the same time diversity. Its elegance and its lasting aftertaste will impress connaisseurs. It's a great wine, which can be combined with asparagus, salmon, jambon blanc, stroganoff, langoustines and lobster. Or try it with Camemberts or fromage bleu. The classic combination with Brie is great. Serve it at 12 to 14°C.
