Chassagne-Montrachet (2008)

This full, soft and very well structured wine shows an exceptional richness and elegance. The elevage took 15 months. We find a great number of different aromas, pear, white flowers and blossom, fennel, aniseed and firestone, all combined harmoniously. On the palate this is continued offering great complexity and depth. This is wine for winelovers. It is from the vineyard ‘Champ derrière’. Enjoy it on its own or combine it with prawns, seafruit, truffles or try dishes with with sauces, with mushroons, tarragon or black pudding with caramelized apples (recipe: ask Richard Bos). Serve it at 12 to 14°C.
