Bourgogne rouge 2008

This biodynamic wine is from the vineyard ‘les Champans’ in Puligny-Montrachet. Thanks to the low yields it shows concentration with lots of red fruits and cherries and strawberry. The tannins are nicely tied in, forming a beautiful combination with the touch of black pepper. This elegant wine will astonish everybody. It has been on wooden fûts for 10 months. Serve it at 16 to 18°C.

Bourgogne blanc 2008

De druiven are from different vinyeards in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, 'les Femmelottes', 'la Combe', 'les Bluzes' and 'Pres à la Dame', biodynamically cultivated. The nose is rich and of great finesse. On the palate we find mineral notes and a touch of ripe fruits accompanied by green apple, peach and lemon. Thanks to the fine acidity this wine can be kept for years. This wine can easily be taken for a Meursault village. Serve it at 11 to 13°C.

Pouilly-Fuissé 2008

This vineyard from our Pouilly-Fuissé is situated below the famous roche de Solutré, in the heart of the Côte Maconnaise, The wine is rich, full, lively, open and very expressive, where the floral notes are wonderfully matched with the notes from the wooden fûts. We find vanilla, apple and jasmin in the round and well-balanced acidity. This wine has been in the wooden fûts for 10 months. It is best with dished of white fish and seafruit or with a goat cheese. Serve it at 11 to 12°C

Pernand-Vergelesses 2008

This wine is from the 'Clos de Bully’ in Pernand-Vergelesses, just north of Beaune. In the nose we find fresh pear and tea leaves, a very nice and clear mineral touch and some white pepper. On the palate the caramelised nuts, combined with the acidity in the wine. In the aftertaste we find again the pear and the spicy notes. This lively is a very good representative of the appellation. Best with sweet water fish with white sauces. It's the wine for Sushi! Also great combined with young cheese, emmental or not too strong goat cheese. Serve it at 11 to 13°C.

Santenay 1er Cru 2008

The Santenat 1er Cru is from the vineyard 'les Beaurepaires’ above Santenay. This wine has a bouquet of ripe fruits, peach, orange and flowers. It's open and very expressive. On the palate we find mandarin, apricot, anice En bouche il exprime la mandarine, apricot, aniseed and hazelnut. The acidity is well-balanced with a great aftertaste. Our JanotsBos style is clearly present. Serve this wine with pasta dishes or risotto with mushrooms or with poultry. For cheeses try Savoie, Tomme or Conté. Best served at 12 to 13°C.

Saint Aubin 1er Cru 2008

Our Saint Aubin 1er Cru is from the vineyard ‘En Vermarain’. The nose gives orange, apple, brioche, mayflowers and lime. On the palate this wine shows enormeous complexity and a striking note of green apple. Acidity and minerality are clearly present. This wine can be kept for years and overtime will develop even more complexity. Serve it with white fish, like codd, merlin, seafruit and also with poultry. Best served at 12 to 14°C.

Meursault 2008

This wine has an enormous potential. In the nose we find lemon, grapefruit, orange and mint. On the palate white fruit, ripe grapes and a nice touch of butter. This wine is a blend of different village vineyards in Meursault, showing complexity and typicity and at the same time diversity. Its elegance and its lasting aftertaste will impress connaisseurs. It's a great wine, which can be combined with asparagus, salmon, jambon blanc, stroganoff, langoustines and lobster. Or try it with Camemberts or fromage bleu. The classic combination with Brie is great. Serve it at 12 to 14°C.

Chassagne-Montrachet

This full, soft and very well structured wine shows an exceptional richness and elegance. The elevage took 15 months. We find a great number of different aromas, pear, white flowers and blossom, fennel, aniseed and firestone, all combined harmoniously. On the palate this is continued offering great complexity and depth. This is wine for winelovers. It is from the vineyard ‘Champ derrière’. Enjoy it on its own or combine it with prawns, seafruit, truffles or try dishes with with sauces, with mushroons, tarragon or black pudding with caramelized apples (recipe: ask Richard Bos). Serve it at 12 to 14°C.

Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2008

This wine is from the 1er cru vineyard ‘La Grande Montagne’ above the village of Chassagne-Montrachet and also had an elevage of 15 months. It's even more complex than the Chassagne adding passion fruit, vanilla and honey. Its richness is remarkable. It's complex and full bodied. We make this wine in very limited quantities and recommend making a reservation! Try it with smoked or baked saumon, langoustines or lobster. Decant this wine and serve it at 12 to 14°C.

Puligny-Montrachet 2008

From three different vineyards in the world famous village ‘Corvées des Vignes’, ‘des Reuchaux’ and 'des Noroyes’ we present our Puligny-Montrachet. The result is a wine showing lots of exotic fruits like mango and pineapple. On the palate it shows minerality, white flowers and nuts. The aftertaste is a perfect match with the nose and palate. Try it with grilled veal, lobster, white sweet water fish and for the connaisseurs with caviar. This rich wine is for the great moments in life. Serve it at 12 to 14°C.
